Who Is The Jorvik Gardener?
The Jorvik Gardener services are provided by local York horticultural professional Darryl Leavy, educated to Degree level in Landscape and Garden Management at Askham Bryan College in York. Growing up on the outskirts of York fostered a lifelong interest in all things countryside and garden.
Experienced in leading conservation projects across the UK with expert knowledge of landscapes, ecosystems and wild forage-able foods. Further work in the horticultural field has also enabled deeper exploration of many little known garden edibles.
